By accessing or using CutKarlo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

CutKarlo is an AI-powered video and audio editing tool that lets you remove silence, remove filler words, reduce background noise, extract audio, and transcribe speech from video and audio files. The Service is provided as-is and is intended for personal and commercial content creation.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without prior written consent.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation.

Files you upload are processed to provide the Service (transcription, editing, noise removal). We do not store your media files on our servers beyond what is necessary for processing. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

CutKarlo offers paid plans with export credits. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Credits are tied to your account and expire at the end of the billing period unless stated otherwise.

We aim to keep CutKarlo available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, accurate, or meet your specific requirements. AI transcription and noise removal results may vary based on audio quality and content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CutKarlo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
